Bring your brief.
We’ll bring clarity.
For specifications, samples, application discussions or supply planning, send a few details and our team will route the conversation.
Serving qualified B2B enquiries worldwide
We aim to reply with the right next question, document or meeting option.
What to include in your enquiry
A useful first message connects the material you want to review with the decision your team needs to make. If you already know the target assay, state whether you want to discuss the 98% route or ask about current 99% lots. If you do not know, describe the finished-product format and the tests your team will use to compare samples.
For a sample
Share your destination country, format, evaluation stage and requested quantity. Mention whether your QA team needs a lot COA, specification, TDS, SDS or an analytical method summary with the material.
For a quotation
Include your estimated pilot and annual volumes, preferred packaging, delivery destination and timing. The procurement brief and RFQ checklist help put comparable requirements in one place.
For technical review
Describe the process conditions, target base, stability questions and any assay or impurity issue you need to resolve. Read the quality framework and research summary for the scope of those discussions.
Use the form above or email sales@urolithinalab.com. The first reply may be a clarification question or a request for a confidentiality process before detailed files are shared. Specific availability, timing and commercial terms are confirmed case by case.
Route the request to the right review
Use the subject of your message to say whether you need a sample, a commercial quotation, quality documentation or follow-up on material already received. This helps keep a specification question separate from a logistics question. If you are evaluating several product formats, send one brief per material and application so lot references and test requests are not mixed together.
| Request type | Information to include | What to clarify in the reply |
|---|---|---|
| New sample or product review | Market, format, requested quantity, target assay and tests planned. | Current sample availability, associated lot documents, shipping and any charges. |
| Commercial quotation | Pilot and annual volume, packaging, destination, timing and required documents. | Quoted grade, MOQ, price basis, payment and lead-time assumptions. |
| Quality or technical question | Product and lot reference if available, method, observed result and decision deadline. | Which records or test methods can be reviewed and who owns the technical follow-up. |
| After-delivery concern | Order and lot reference, received quantity, condition on arrival, photos or test findings. | Case owner, evidence required and the next review step. |
For a COA or analytical-method question, read the COA guide first and describe the exact discrepancy you want to resolve. If an outside laboratory result is involved, include the sampling and method details described in the independent testing guide. You can attach or reference a report in your email; avoid sending sensitive product formulas through the public form unless your team has agreed how the information should be handled.
If the enquiry relates to material already supplied, identify the order and lot before asking for after-sales or technical support. Ask for a named case owner, the evidence needed for review and the expected next update. Keep the written thread with the purchase and batch records so quality, technical and commercial follow-up can refer to the same facts.
